		<description>Via TPM, a here's a speech from the Senate that ties this post to some of the one's I've written above.  In this video, Senator Pat Leahy refuses to accept the shenanigans of a White House who claims a significant number of official emails, which were sent illegally through Republican National Committee accounts, have been "deleted."  

I get great joy from watching an older gentleman embed knowledge of how email works-- they go "through too many servers"-- within the righteous indignation of an aggrieved but newly fiesty branch of government.  Certainly, there are new rules with this stuff, and the Bush Administration hasn't figured them out.
